Kristine is a Doctor of Physical Therapy practicing in sports, general orthopedics, pediatrics, & pelvic health. She has been practicing in the Denver Metro area since 2018.
Introduced to physical therapy at a young age, Kristine has been through PT herself since 10 years of age due to sports injuries. However, her biggest inspiration for pursuing physical therapy is her cousin. He has been through PT his whole life due to muscular dystrophy. He was told he would be wheelchair bound by age 12. Now in his late 20’s, he is still walking. She finds inspiration throughout his hard work & determination.
Since graduating from Saint Louis & Rockhurst University she has advanced post-graduate training in taping, strength & conditioning (CSCS), pelvic floor (adult & pediatrics), and dry needling.
Kristine loves beings able to give back to her community by giving her patients tips & tricks to allow for optimal movement and mobility. She is originally from Nebraska and made Colorado her home after completing her graduate degree. During her free time she enjoys hiking, camping, yoga, weight training, art, & seeing live music.
