After sustaining multiple biking and running injuries, she discovered the power of physical therapy and its ability to restore both physical and emotional well-being. During her doctoral studies at Duke University, she recognized the significant need for more providers specializing in women’s health and dedicated her career to closing that gap.
Throughout her Physical Therapy Career, Sara has pursued advanced certifications in Functional Dry Needling with Electrical Stimulation, Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation (Herman & Wallace), Prenatal & Postpartum Corrective Exercise, Lymphatic Therapy (Norton School), Advanced Run Analysis courses.
Sara’s holistic, bio-psychosocial approach emphasizes treating the body as an interconnected system and uncovering the “why” behind dysfunction to help patients move, feel, and live better through all stages of life.

Kelsy’s first experience with physical therapy was in high school following several injuries while playing competitive soccer. She underwent two ACLs repairs and months of physical therapy as a result. She was astounded by her physical therapist’s ability to help her reach her goals and ultimately return to the game she loved. This experience sparked Kelsy’s interest in the profession, and it became her goal to someday provide the same level of care for her patients.
Since graduating from the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kelsy has continued her expertise by becoming a certified vestibular therapist, certified concussion therapist, certified orthopedic manipulative therapist (COMT), as well as completing a Trigger Point Dry Needling (TPDN) certification.
Kelsy believes that you must be the biggest advocate of your health in our current healthcare climate. She loves supporting patients and helping them get the most benefit from their healthcare experiences. By working with a patient’s larger healthcare team, she feels patients receive the most benefit. Kelsy strives to be a skilled provider and a trusted ally for her patients.
Having taken yearly family vacations to Colorado growing up, Kelsy is excited to be a Colorado resident and enjoy the outdoor activities year-round. In her free time, she opts for taking in the beautiful Colorado scenery while hiking, mountain biking, cycling, skiing, snowboarding, and paddle boarding. When she’s not outside, Kelsy enjoys reading, tending to her growing plant collection, snuggling with her two cats, and spending time with family.
